Buddy and Suzy are no strangers to the GDP; they’re friends of Gretsch who’ve been part of many west coast events over the last few years. They can always be counted on for authentic ‘50s ‘billy (of both the hill- and rocka- varieties), always transporting us back to the day. This is what the music must’ve sounded like in hundreds of clubs across the country in 1956.

And you couldn’t meet more genuine, classier people.

Always a pleasure to hear them work – and they added a twist yesterday, with Buddy working not only on his gorgeous new Silver Jet (again the fever hits me), but on a Fender steel.
