Balto-DC Roundup 2011

Jul 23

Harford Park Community Association Center
2522 Linwood Road – Baltimore, Maryland

We’ll go from noon until we just can’t go any more!

It’s the night before the 2nd Annual Baltimore-DC Roundup, and your GDP event staff is onsite, fed, and preparing for tomorrow’s festivities.

Host Paul “FrequentFlyer” Overly pre-staged the PA (and other props) in today’s record-breaking 106° heat. Gretsch Product Czar Joe Carducci sent a load of swag ahead of his flight, and dogged reporter Tim “Proteus” Harman and GDP Webmaster Bax have worked out some streaming video details. Paul “Red Rocker” Shannon and his pro camera are ready to work.

As at any GDP Roundup, we don’t know exactly what to expect – but we know there’ll be jams from everyone, giveaways and surprises. We’ll be streaming all the proceedings – right here on this GDP event page – probably pretty much continually, with a special sing-along surprise birthday broadcast to Fred Gretsch sometime during the afternoon.

Things get started around noon – so grab your favorite iced beverage, send your wife out to mow the lawn, and settle in where it’s cool as we round’em up again.
