Changed tuners to Sperzel, changed pickups to TV Jones Classics (& a Classic+ bridge pickup), added Schaller strap locks. And a Tru-Arc AL-120 bridge (not in the photo - yet)
A friend of mine originally bought this one and a 6120SSU in 1994/95 (just when Gretsch changed to a different Norwegian distributor, and the old one sold their stock), and he had me set them both up for him. Since I played a lot, and he virtually none, he let the 6120-60 stay at my house for a long while. Eventually I asked him if I could buy it, and he said OK. It has since been my main axe untill some airline jackweeds in Germany broke it's neck by the heel AND the headstock. It's been repaired, but it's mostly a backup these days. Love it, though...
