original owner claimed the guitar was owned by his unlce who was a milatary photographer in WW2. Alledgedly he photographed the A-bomb testings in the Bikini Atoll. He also played in a swing band for fun. This guitar was on craigslist in Seattle dec. 2016 I was going to go buy it but had to delay a few days. Seller dropped the price and it sold to someone else. It turned up 4 months later at a Seattle guitar store for much more $$ as it had been traded in. I waited the store out for a few months then offered them what I was originally going to pay for the guitar. picked it up on a road trip to Oregon.
