Ex Gretschcrush. Always loved the colour. Got an original 59 Tennessean but it didnt play particularly well. Saw this cheap in a sale as a discontinued model so pulled the trigger

Congrats! I love this one. Got mine 4 years ago. I can honestly say that this “stripped- down- to- the- essentials -guitar” is quite a machine. You will not regret your purchase. I got “the real thing” from 1961, too. I have to admit: The japanese lady kicks her ass! To me this is the guitar-equivalent to a cadillac convertible. I wonder why this model is not more common in the hands of rock-guitarists. Although it makes a really nice country or blues-tool it really screams in front of a Marshall played on ten! Awsome! Enjoy.

True hotrod gretsch to me !
