No modifications needed except switching to .10 Gibson Vintage Reissue, which achieve much better intonation on this pinned bridge compared to the stock .11 D'Addarrio strings. Furthermore these pure nickel strings smoothed out the tone, which was much too bright due to the combination of TVJ Classics with an aluminium bridge.
