This guitar was gifted to me by fellow forum member "Jukebox", it already had a few of the modifications when I received it-- namely the tailpiece and the pickups. Like most of these guitars, the serial number was originally on a paper tag affixed to the back of the neck-- it was long gone when I got the guitar. As this guitar was a gift to me back in 2009, I payed it forward in 2014 and gave this guitar to a friend of mine who was completely Gretsch-less. It's still well-loved and cared for.
I really like the G decal on the headstock…… makes a nice statement.
The felt pads are a new thing to me. And red! Custom look.
I want to know if the pickups make a difference… and how?
