Modifications

The bridge pickup (vintage Dearmond 2000) has been installed by the previous owner, he has choosen to add a new wiring with master volume (original pot and arrow 1956 knob) + two individual tone pots (new 250k pots with new G-arrow knobs). I have added white homemade pickup raisers (but, to be honest, pickups didn't need them as they are real volume monsters) !
A gold jack plate has been install too... Otherwise, original tuners, frets and strap buttons, etc...

Unusual factory features

The gold pickguard seems to be correct (legit color and shape) but it is blank as it doesn't have the engraved "Gretsch" logo on the bottom side. I don't know if this has happend sometimes in the 55/56 productions ?

I bought this guitar in 2014 from Chris D**. Thanks! this babe is a real pleasure to play (the sweetest neck I ever play) ! Moreover, the sunburst is very nice and classic on these old '50 !

Plz unlock this streamliner, I would like to add some fresh info as the new owner.
