Sorry, I know the aluminum Bigbsy is "vintage reissue correct", but I didn't like the contrasts, so I replaced it with a gold B6 sand cast with a Duane Eddy style handle.
First owner swapped position of mud switch and 3-way switch. I agree, better layout. He also upgraded some of the electronics (good move on a Gretsch of this era).
Gold straplocks.
May add locking tuners eventually.
No real story. I am second owner. First owner took pretty good care of it.
It's a player. Nice action, good tone, a perfect hollow-body guitar for a Tele guy like me.
SOLD April 2012. Replaced it with an FMIC era 6120.
