1964 Tennesean. There's one (mint) on eBay right now for $4,250. That one isn't worth quite as much, but it's still worth a fair amount of money!
Sorry about your friend though. I hope you and his wife are alright.
And if you ever do want to sell, get a pickguard for it (either an original - preferred - or a new replacement). That'll boost the value a bit.
