Wow! She's a looker!
Does she have a sister????
what a beauty.
and a polising cloth too!
Who owns this beauty?
Now that is just beautiful,my dream Gretsch!
A new acquisition Texarock?
It makes you wonder why Gretsch took one of the all-time classic guitar models and totally ruined it with the double-cut models. You'd think they would have looked at a guitar like this compared to a double cut and say, "nah, we ain't changin' nuthin'!"
I really like the gold Bigsby bridge with the rosewood base - classy!
One thing I've always wondered - why did some 1955-1956 6120s have gold Bigsby tailpieces (like this one) while others had chrome/nickel tailpieces? Were they custom orders?

That is a sweet lookin' guitar.
Those photos were taken in '56 or '57; right!?
....oops; I'm staring again.
I recently decided that '56 is my fave year of vintage Gretsch. This only helps confirm that. Nice one!
Beauty!
I think I need me one of them straps.
It is mine and can be for sale.
It is without a doubt the cleanest one I have ever seen, truly near mint with no issues.
The condition is great! Very beautiful.
Cruel and inhumane.
I'm tortured by viewing the pics...and I can't stop. HELP!!!
I don't know where to start? I should know better than to read any Texarock threads. I guess Pradabilly went platinum? What do you do for a living and can I PLEASE have a job? I will mow you cactus and tumble weeds if I can have three minutes each week to play Rebel Rouser. Where did you find it, how long have you had it? Call The Galaxy of Allstars and rush back to the studio and record Dolce & Gabban-a-billy with that fiddle! I must hear it now! That is without a doubt my Holy Grail of geetars.
Hey TR I just sold mine hope you can keep yours...
It is without a doubt the cleanest 6120 I have ever seen, all original, little if any wear, no issues, plays & sounds great. I am the second owner, the first owner definitely loved it and took great care of it.
Fabulous musical instrument.
Yours
Drew
What's up with the birdge? I have not seen adjustment nuts that large on a Gretsch. Also, is the bridge itself aniodized to match the B6? It looked wierd to me at first, though it probably is correct.
