Unknown Hinson
By now everyone knows the chart-toppin' story of The King of the Country Western Troubadours, whose name does not mean he's unknown, but is in fact his daddy's name which he's proud to wear. (The birth certificate spells it out: Mother, Miss Hinson; Father, Unknown.)
We know his mother mysteriously disappeared after giving him his first guitar, and about his years in a tawdry carnival sideshow, lifting weights with his tongue, and about that thirty years he spent in the Illinois State Pen on 3 murder, 17 paternity, and at least one vampirism charge (all trumped up), and how since 1993 Unknown has been pursuing his quest for recognition as the true King of the Country Western...you know.
We know he likes his party liquor, a nice sunset, and obedient womerns; we know he don't like that hippie mess hallucinogizin' music none.
But there's more we haven't known till now. I had a talk with a pensive, tired Unknown long after the music ended last night, the contents of which to be revealed in good time.
