In a little-known fact, Joe provided Orlando (you'll meet him!) of Rockabilly Magazine with a dozen Americana acoustics to give away.
Friday night, giveaways were tied to serial numbers printed on random entrance wrist bands.
But last night, Orlando drafted Kim to help with the task. She took the stage between bands, and she and Orlando (don't they make a cute couple?) ran a best-dressed rockabilly cat and/or kitten contest.
I should've got pics of the winners, but things were too chaotic. I DID get pics of Kim at work, and she was a trooper.

I'm getting late in to this thread. Those Photo's are great, Proteus. I couldn't download Kim's poster quick enough.

I can't believe it took 125 years for a Gretsch Girl to come along...but Kim more than makes up for it. Between her, the guitar, and the amp, that is one of the greatest Gretsch photos I've seen.
