Sorry for the delay, guys.
First, the all-female Australian trio Brigitte Handley & The Dark Shadows opened up with a motivatin' set.
Next The Koffin Kats, a Detroit trio of aggravated angry angsty aliens, transported the gathered multitudes to an entirely different, and not altogether pleasant dimension.
As I write, your Legendary Shack Shakers are finishing their furious set.
I've been out taking pictures, Nate has been planted at the board recording every last note.
And in the meantime, we've drafted a small army of rockabilly babes into service holding up Gretsch guitars (and I have the documentary evidence to prove it).
Did I mention those of us with all-access passes have unlimited access to The Official Beer of Rockabilly?
But do I offer all that as an excuse for my miserable performance? I do not! There's no excuse, simply no excuse.
What there is, is T-shirts. A new Gretsch T-shirt of a sort never before seen. And I have five, that's 5, that's cinqo to give away RIGHT NOW!
First, here's the shirt.
And the question, compliments of the Guana Batz, who are waiting in the dressing room: who was in the car with Eddie Cochran when he died?
And, for extra credit, in what British city did the accident occur?
First five correct answers will be wearing new Gretsch tees.
