We sometimes clashed (mostly along the lines of politics and Mosrites--which seems so petty now) but in a mutually respectful way, for the better part of a decade. But he was always friendly and incredibly forthcoming about all the other geeky, computer stuff so important in my extra-guitar world. A talented writer and a good presence here. I will miss him. So sad. God be with you and your family and RIP, Scott.
Rest In Peace Scott "Zuma" Wolf

Losing a brother is a heartbreaking and shocking experience. It seems to hit much closer to home than when parents pass on.
My condolences to you and the family.

Yesteday, after hearing Richard Hudson's song, Feel Like Going Home, Zuma said, "Beautiful. That's exactly the way I feel right now."
Now, you are home, dear friend. Thank you for the insight, humor, introspection, and love. You were always full of love, as much as you'd have us think otherwise. We know all your beloved wolfdogs, and yes, even your kitties. I don't think there's one of us who will listen to Neil Young, ever again, and not think of you, his greatest champion.
I have always thought of you as The Great Leveler, the one who put the pin in the balloon when things got a little inflated around here. Thanks for that, as well.
Mitch, to you and your family, Duane and I send heartfelt sympathy. Your brother will always be a part of this group, and he will be truly missed.

Whoa...that really gave me a shock. I was just PMing with him last week. We had our dogs and love for Neil in common. I just felt something really familiar with him. He will be missed.
Again, my condolances to you and the rest of your family.
It makes me want to give MY brother a call.

Wow. Shocked and saddened by this news. I suppose you don't really "know" anyone by reading posts online, but that part of Zuma that we did know, many, many of us liked.
Condolences to your family. You'll be missed.

Mitch...I am truly saddened by this news. I've been posting on this board for years, and Zuma was always there. Definately a staple of the board that will be missed. You could tell from his posts that he was a class act. To many of those are shuffling off this mortal coil. Definately a sad day.
My prayers are with you and yours..
RIP

Zuma, thanks for everything. All of the good times and for being a good friend here on the gretsch pages. You will be sorely missed and I am really sorry that you had to go. I am sure you are in a better place now and your will be remembered by your friends and family forever!
6120, I can't even imagine losing my brother. He is the closest link I have to my past and to my future as we grow together, so to hear this is heartwrenching for me. I am truly sorry to hear about your loss. If there's anything I can do for you or your family, you just let me know. I will do my best to help in any way that I can.
I know it may be too early to ask this, but was this expected or a tragic accident like a car crash? I had to watch my grandpa slowly get weaker and weaker until he passed away and it was really difficult for my family to lose someone so near and dear to our hearts, but we knew it was coming. I'm not trying to pry, I'm just asking if it was something that you were already aware of, such as a disease or if it you were caught off guard by the whole thing. Either way, whether you want to share those details is up to you, I just cared for him as a friend and will miss him a great deal. His contribution to the GDP was immense and I am sure he was also a brother like mine, always there when you needed him.
I am so sad to hear this news and my prayers and thoughts go out to you and your family! Please PM me with your address. I'd like to send flowers at least. Please!!!
My sincere condolences,
Chris
