That was from "Der Untergang" 2004 or "The Downfall". Set during the last 10 days in the Fuhrer bunker and is an extraordinary film. However, this is an extraordinarily humorous overdub, to be sure!

Afraid it's not an original idea. There has been a Youtube clip floating around cyberspace for a while in which Hitler (a huge KISS Army fan) complains about a KISS concert in which Peter Kriss (sp?) will sadly not be appearing. The same clip of film was "subtitled." Actually, I think the KISS one is funnier.
Edit: Here's the link to the KISS one Hitler and Kiss

There's dozens of them, same scene from the same movie. The Jackson one, being the most current, is funniest.

Yeah, I've seen the one relating to our nearest and dearest footballing rivals recent demise.
Still a funny clip though no matter what the subtitles are

These things are extremely difficult to watch when you speak German because you understand exactly what they're saying and it doesn't match up with the subtitles at all. You really have to work hard to mentally block out the speech and just read the lines.
I finally ended up just watching it with the sound muted. Still funny, but you lose all the crazy emotion in the voices.

As long as I keep the volume low it's very funny.
Like Moonlight I can understand German.

Yeah like MrMoonlight and Ratrod I had that trouble too. I like the ones better that are really overdubbed. There are great ones out there, some are in dutch though.......

I thought Germans were smart ! Whata buncha jackweed braniac krauts. And YOU guys invaded OUR country (Poland). Not that I hold a grudge or anything.
Put it on mute!
I'd be embarassed to admit that I couldn't do that.
(NOTE: In all honesty, I can see where that could be an issue. I used to watch programs like SOPRANOS where they talked fast and used language I was unfamiliar with, so I'd put on the subtitles. It would drive me crazy when the subtitles were different from the actual dialogue. They leave a LOT out!)

I remember seeing a Clint Eastwood movie on Belgian TV in which he says, "Phuk Off."
The subtitle was "Loop naar de maan!"
Which sort of misses the mark I think.

Chrisp, yeah that is a sad translation but to tell you the truth: I think the literal translation would mean even less: neuk af!

Don't sweat it, Danman. Everybody knows that those Ukranians are bad at geography.
Jeff thinks everything west of Poland and east of England is Germany.
