The biggest of Happy Birthday wishes are sent out this morning to Tom "TV" Jones, the man behind the wonderful TV Jones pickups that many of us have come to love using.

Tom is one of the more interesting people that you might meet. His background has been in luthiery, but, through his association with Brian Setzer, he soon developed the magical DNA of the old Gretsch pickups and the rest is history.
