Gretsch Calendar

I work in the automotive industry and everyone comes out each year with a new calendar. Does Gretsch have calenders, or any other Guitar manufacturer for that matter? Preferably Gretsch. Of course, then again , that could end up starting a whole new GAS Attack Daily.

I've got a monthly classic guitar calendar. It's pretty cool, but I can't believe it has no Gretsches in it. There are some old oddities in there though, it has some old Valcos, Danelectros, Rics, Gibsons, fenders, and martins, most are from the 50's or sixties. A Gretsch calendar would be really cool though...

When i'm not on here, i hang out at the Rick forum,
Rickresource.com
And they have a calendar which is made up of the members guitars.
I think that would be a great idea here, and it could make some dosh for the site.
Although the store won't except my cc,so i can't buy anything from it anyway :-(
And i can't send or receive emails at the moment!
i just love computers -

Yeah baby...A nice Gretsch calendar w/ "cheesecake" shots.

JC, why won't the store accept your credit card?
I looked (briefly) at this a minute ago, and it looks like it's doable, but our timeline is crazy short, and it looks like (through cafepress, at least) it'd be a 20 buck calendar. OUCH.
Maybe I'll call Kinkos or something. They used to do custom calendars. -

Wall calendars for CP have a $14.99 base price. I just did one for multiple family members yesterday 0-- turned out pretty well, but it was all baby pictures, nothing really interestinf. ;)
I think a timeline is less of a problem than content. But I'm willing to get schooled in that regard. -

Bax...
If you want to do the calendar...I'm good for a pic.
I'm thinking a cool composition w/ my RI Duo Jet and RI Fender Deluxe Reverb..."Duo-Deluxe".
How 'bout for the month of June (my b-day)? -
Pappy
If you're serious about a Gretsch calendar, we should have a small contest where we take the best pics we can and then Bax can judge them and insert as he sees fit. Or maybe we can vote on them?
I particularly like one of the pics that Wenzel posted of his Club. That'd make a good April. -
Baxter
Alright, do this... whoever has a photo they'd like to submit, put it up here (a small version).
Then, everyone vote up the ones they like... To keep it clean and easy to track, minimize chatter and use the vote up function on the post.
If we can get 12 together that people like, we'll see what we can do.
No way it'll get done by Jan 1, but maybe not long after. -

(EDIT) No Problem. Submission #1: 2003 G6121W

-
Baxter
Probably be better to do one photo per post, just cause it'd be easier to vote on.
-
Pappy
How do you vote up a post?
-
Baxter
By clickin on the little speechbubble/up arrow icon with a number by it, that's in the row of controls along the bottom (with reply, and, if it's your post, edit and delete)

Bax,
you were asking about why the store won't take my cc,well the last time i tried was several weeks ago ,but they said they had a different billing address from the one that i was giving them!
But the one i was giving them is from my monthly cc statement!
For the last few weeks, i have not been able to email anyone and can't get into my emails, so don't know if anyone has emailed me or not!
Bloody computers!
I will try again whenever i get this piece of shit pc working properly. -

I don't think anyone on here can stand to see another picture of my Gretsch, so I will save you from it...
