Flag is flying high!

Flag flying high over my house.

Nearly every house on our road has a flag flying today. The local high school marching band has a program that delivers a flag to subscribers...forty dollars to support the kids and a flag is planted in your yard on every national holiday. A team of dedicated moms and dads start the evening before the holiday, driving their kids from neighborhood to neighborhood. It's old fashioned and patriotic, and we really look forward to seeing all those flags lining the streets where we live.
