Okay... I'm for sure it would never happen, at least while the other two are still with us.. But, say the Beatle sons: James, Zak, Dhani, Julian and or Sean, got together and did.. something. NOT Beatles covers.. not a look alikes thing or anything beatles.. just a project. I would be interested. I am amazed at how dead on each of them resemble "daddy". I keep seein Zak Starkey's name after all this super"bawl" madness. (appearantly there are a lot of colts fans around me..) Just got me thinkin.
Beatle Boys....

I love to see that, too, but how come they haven't thought of it? I've always thought it was funny that the kids of my co-workers, for instance, never got together or connected despite picnics and parties. Maybe they take each other for granted?

I think it would be cool to see the Beatles SIBLINGS all have a crack at it...
Louise Harrison on guitar Mike McGear (McCartney) on bass Julia Baird on rythm and Ringo Starr on drums.
That's a band.

I understand what you are saying there lastly. It's just a thought. I think it was probably so solidified in stone from their fathers that they were to stay away from stuff like that, and to leave all of that Beatle connection alone. It crossed my mind because it seems as though they all took up the music torch...

Let's just dig up the two dead ones, extract their DNA and make clones. Do it with the other two as well so that when they're dead Beatles Fans can relive all those magic moments over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again. They're gone, dead, get over it. There are other bands.

Dhani Harrison has been very involved in the whole Beatles Rock Band game, not to mention his appearances at the tribute concert for George and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction.
I would imagine that all of the sons know the untold mountain of trouble that would come with a project you suggest. As in, everyone would want a piece of that. But, nothing to say it won't happen.
But, to see them all working musicians, now that's great.

Ah, now, in fairness Threadkiller what you meant was 'Let's get the sons of the Beatles together and see what happens.' Yeah... but you could do that with about a gazillion bamillion trizillion bands. You chose the Beatles. Beatles fans would love your suggestion as it invigorates the possibility, however remote, that somehow the spirit / genetic heritage would combine to create something that might immitate or emulate the original - even in the smallest possible way. Even in, say, how they look.

I'd like to see Zak in a band with the two guitarists from Macca's band- Brian Ray and Rusty Anderson.
Brian can play bass or Zak can bring along Pino Palladino (cool name).

I got to meet Brian Ray at NAMM. He seemed like a pretty decent guy. As a rocker, he also had a keen eye out for Kim Falcon.

@Deed Eddy. I think Ric12string was just not as overt as Brian Ray. It was pretty obvious...

Brian obviously has good taste in the things that are important in life.
