Slow but excellent aftersales from TV Jones
I ordered a pup from TV Jones in January & had it sent to a mate in Georgia who was putting a package of guitar bits together for me. When all the bits were together my mate shipped it over to UK but a couple of months after I ordered the pup. When it arrived it was the wrong one, a neck position I don't know how this happened cos I would have had to click on & scroll down to order a neck pup. I contacted the returns dept. & was asked to return it with details of what I really wanted. Today I received the correct pup with a request to pay the extra postage, which of course I will pay, it's nice to be trusted. Of course they could have said it was 5 months ago that I ordered this pup & refused a return but they did the right thing. OK, not the fastest & not the best comms but great service non the less. I understand from this forum that they are rushed off their feet & have trade shows to attend but they have not neglected aftersales. They may be running a touch slow but I can only recommend this company highly.
