oh ye of little faith...

as i writ ^ 10000 winds of #42 wire...one of the reasons for the differences in resistance is due to the wire itself...gibson sourced their wire from a variety of sources and there were variances in the wire itself...just a slight variance in the plain enamel coating thickness, could change resistance considerably
