Eden bass amps

1

I'm a GK guy but happened to plug into this 2-10 Eden and it was a sonic boom like I never heard before. Any word on reliability with these amps -- they were sorta off my radar all this time.

They were made here in MN. The bass player in The Jayhawks uses one. I put a pair of Eden 12"s in my Twin Reverb and it came to life like never before.....that's all I know.

Here is an Eden EC210, next to my Wolf 7 string bass. I tried the EC10 (single 10", lower power) and EC15 (single 15). Of the three, the EC210 sounded best, covering the whole range of the Wolf bass effortlessly.

The Eden EC210 uses a switching power amp circuit (class D or similar). The advantage is that it does not genarate much heat, if at all. For that reason, I would expect the amp to be quite reliable.
