The Keeley TR-2 mod is very cool because of the volume boost. Its easy to keep your wave sounds very loud and pronounced even underneath very loud music. However Ive never really tried to nail a specific sound. In that case you might want a different pedal.
Can there be only one trem? Hell Ive got three types of chorus, delay, flangers, phasers, etc. Pedals are too much fun.
