For new Dynasonic Junkies...

Lots of threads recently about Dynasonics.
Here's a shameless link to some GDP resources from years back, only for those who haven't already discovered them.
In THIS THREAD some of us exhaust what we know (or knew, since I'd forgotten a lot of this) about the subject in this thread – and then some. Lots of grand old GDP characters at work here!
The original shootout the above thread was based on...
The landscape has changed with T-Armonds since then, but the rest is as valid (or crock-o-crappy) as it was then. AND...
If you read'em in the day and have no interest...move along. If it's new to ya, maybe you'll find some value.
Just cross-referencing!

Cool! Thanks for putting these all in one space. I've watched and listened to these at different times but it will be great to review all of this again. Your shootouts and reviews opened my eyes and ears to Dynasonic pickups.

thanks Proteus -- all of those were extremely helpful and when i came across them in my research last year. Great to have them in one place!
Modesty will prevent you from mentioning your YouTube performances from the 2009 Nashville roundup , but they are breathtaking musically -- and tonewise, they were for me the definitive game changer that set me on the Dyna club pursuit.

oh. bloody. hell.
i went and listened to the original shootout, and i think i really like the sound of those stock dynas. Love the clean sound - bright and jangly. It's a little weird when it's distorted, but they are so nice when they're clean.
think i will have to order a set of those for the annie jr. hope i don't have to rout those rails.
argggghh.

I had to route the rails of my 5129 if that tells you anything.
Thanks Tim. Maybe we could get a sticky on this one Bax?
