Neil played that 6120 during the Buffalo Springfield Days. Notice how white the Falcon is. It's only 10 years old at that point.

The body of the guitar does kind of look like a Gibson L-5 or similar archtop, but I'm not aware of any 12-string versions. The headstock looks like a custom job.
