I tabbed a Rev song, NYC girls.

There are these little nuances in the Rev's playing I can't really figure out, but in general it is fairly accurate.
Oh yeah, and there's this:

I don't have my guitar with me, so it could be wrong here and there. The high e string I pick with my ringfinger, as I can't move the pick around that fast.
What else is there. I guess the verses are clear: E-minor, I play it this way.
e-----------------------------------
b--------------0---0----------------
g------------2---2------------------
d----2------------------------------ a-2----etc.-2-0---------------------
e0-3~-----------3-2-0---------------
Low E-string with pick , A, D with fingers.
The solo is fairly pentatonic, A blue note here and there. Maybe if I get to it, I can overdub the song. Any other particular parts you'd like to learn?
Edit Tabbing on forums. They layout got all screwy. You can copy it to notepad, the use the enter to correct it.

Tidalwave,
Wait, I'm not sure I follow that..
Is that the breaklick at the top? I thought there is more to it before the walkdown on the bass strings.
Even pentatonic reverend solos are cool to learn.
The other Rev thing I'd like to learn is the solo for Martini Time (or the intro, actually).

Or do you mean that everything is on the first two strings and then after that comes the walkdown?
That would make more sense.

Heh, heh. Sorry to drive you nuts, but when I think about it, the cool part that I would like to get in Devil is where he picks up the pace and plays a kind of repeated chordal lead. You know, when he usually stands on Jimbo's bass.

The one I'm trying to work out now is the intro to Suicide Doors!
WOW!
Got the rest of the song pretty much down, but he plays that opening so fast, it's hard to tell what he's doing.
Working it out with The Amazing Slow-Downer, but it's still prety tricky.

Suicide Doors has a crazy intro. And would you know that everytime i request it at a show, he says that he's not sure he remembers that one? I think he's a-scared. :)

@ Konrad :
Maybe it looks weird because of the lay-out.
If you want, I could record it with my webcam, when I have my guitar at home again. Didn't feel like carrying it home yesterday, :(
If I tend to forget (as I know myself by now, :) ) you could send me a reminder to tidalwave_sideburns@yahoo.com

Hey Tidal, you out there?
Hey Ramsey, I can't get the Rev vids to work anymore. A bunch of squiggles and jumbo shows up. Maybe it's my computer. Is there any way to put those back up or in another format?

You know I haven't always cared for that much for everything RHH has done, but I really do like that he has sat down and talked about his playing and who he likes and who his influences were and generally had a nice "chat" like we were right there in the room. I like his friendly manner and sincere talk. He seems like "real people."

Hi Konrad,
Sorry man, been sick all week. Laying in bed, bored out of my ass, with the guitar still in the rehearsal room, :( . Missed opportunity to catch up on my playing but hell...
Tomorrow there will be bandpractice, so I'll be sure to take it home. As I've never recorded a clip with the webcam ( don't even know how to set that up) it might take a while before I got it all down. I'll probably record the guitar digitally viamy toneporte. Must sound better than those crummy webcam microphones. So " The Devil's chasing me" it is.

Just uploaded it:

I play the intro and the chickenpicking lick slowly and repetitively,so you can figure out the notes easily.
Anyway, I hope you guys find it useful.
I'm gonna hit the hay.
Edit Hmmm, embedding doesn't work for me.
