Mine's an Innuendo, not a Hearsay. The main difference between the two is upgraded hardware and a graphite nut on the Innuendo, and more efx (Hearsay only has distortion). I really like it. It plays like your basic Strat. The onboard efx are OK. The distortion and the chorus are kind of cheesy (I never use them), but the tremolo and slap-reverb are pretty darn good! Lots of bang-for-the-buck with that guitar!
