GuitarFarm, love your Guild collection, if there would be no Gretsch, it'd had to be Guild for me. One up from me for posting excellent pix of these beauties.

These are my guitars. I bought the Firebird last week. I love it very much! If it's a keeper, I have to change the pu's, because they are a little microphonic, but it sounds, plays and looks awesome!

Well, I can't fit 20-plus guitars, mandos, and other stringed things into one pic, so here are some really boring individual pics of some of my "pawnshop specials". I do gig with all of my guitars on a rotation, so they are all kept in playable condition-- even the "cheapies". Obviously, most of the 60's Jap models require a little more TLC to be made comfortably playable, but it CAN be done! I've got several others, but individual pics just take up too much room on the thread.
Yamaha SGV800
1966 Teisco ET-220
1965 Silvertone WG-2L
1966 Kingston Chess
2003 Gretsch G1619 (complete with custom pickguard by Paul Setzer!)
Danelectro Hearsay
2003 Robelli CRB-1955 (same as Gretsch Historic series G3131)
2004 Squier '51
1967 Norma
1978 Electra MPC

I've always love those old teisco, silver tone and kingstons. Those are in really nice shape! I always like that model Teisco and the tulip. Sweet! I'm also a nut for those sparkle jets.they are a cheap guitar and fun to play.

gretschiam, send your wife over here and I'll train her for you! When I get done she'll say "I don't care as long as you play them!" She might even give you the money to build a studio, like my wife did!

Some of these have since left the wheel o' guitars but they've been replaced since I've become somewhat of a Junior whore.
Now if I could just afford some cases for these.

Jazzbo- I've gone from depression to lust to melancholy. Then I saw your tramp photos and I'm laughing uncontrollably. I don't even know why I'm laughing. Would you marry me? Jukebox is taking my wife off my hands, and I would definately consider an alternate lifestyle to live in a house with that collection.
