G460 is the Archtop

Hi guys,
Since you are keeping good order in models and serials, it would be nice to see that the G460 is moved from 'Other Flattops' to 'Archtops'.
It is a very special, Jet sized, one Cats Eye acoustic, but it's not a Flattop at all!
Will you be so kind and place it where is belongs?
Cheers, Darko
P.S. A few pics of G460 curves are comming

Come on now, you don't need 2! You have my address, right? How did you find another one?

I do have your address. I can let the younger sister move Down Under, why not. How many zeros are we talking about?

Agreed (more or less). It's moved to "Other Electric Hollowbodies", as I like to keep "Archtop Acoustics" pretty much acoustic only.
Now get the other one in!

If you can't work something out with audept, I'd be interested.

I think you have to do a major cleanup if you want to keep the "Archtop Acoustics" acoustic only! There are bunch of guitars there with the floating neck pickups and other pickups, none of them are acoustic only

Eh, we do we what can. What's in there are all primarily acoustic instruments, at least in my opinion, or based on a primarily acoustic instrument.
Of course, I'm not averse to recategorizing things, either.

Baxter, your categorization is excellent.
Some compromizes must be allowed because of the instrument's construction, I understand that.

Doc, one of these sisters goes to audept, sorry. If I track down another G460, I'll let you know.

The specs found in the web archive are the mix of G460 and some other guitar...

Acoustic archtop with a floating pickup is still fundamentally an acoustic archtop in my book, just like if you stick a soundhole pickup in a flattop, it is still an acoustic guitar.
How do those G460s sound acoustically, btw?

I have no problem with the categorization, I just thought it would be great to move it out of the flat tops. If you mean acousticaly unplugged, it certanly has no depth of the big bodies, far from it. But, loaded with 12s brass and amped, it does an excellent job. I have no acoustic amps, I use Z28. I have 10s steel on the other one, but they don't make it sound big, like the 12s brass do.
