January Rules! Is there a reason we go with Sunday? Would Saturday Afternoon not work? Believe it or not I get a lot of Sh!T out of the old lady for doing music stuff on Sundays. Go figure.

I'm available any Saturday in January but there will be a Sunday where I will be taking my daughter back to college.
Auction House IS the perfect venue. Where else can you play as loud as you want in an old bank in the center of an old town.

So true! Whenever I walked outside the only reason I could hear anything was the door was open. Even the bear was groovin to Neil Young!
I don't know if I'll make the next one you folks are setting up. I'm trying to limit my travel a bit. Ya know the no job thing! There's plans to go to NC to see the daughter before X-mas or the weather gets bad. Other then that I'm staying put.
I put the tru-arc on this week. It was the first I broke out the DSW since the bank gig. I need to change the strings. I have 2 sets of flats and about 20 pair of the ones that are on there. I'd hate to put the flats on there then not like it. Anyone using flats with their Tru-arc with a DSW or the likeness of? Shoot me a PM so we don't derail this post.

Hey John now the 14th is no good for me, the last night of the Bishop McDevitt show is the 14th. The show would go on without me but it would also have no audio tech. I knew it was comming up but was not sure of the dates. I think your idea of rescheduling works. January saturdays or sundays would be better for me, A less hectic time.

Billy, Saturdays work great for me too, and we can choose from 5 in January '09: The 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, 31rst. Let's figure on a date and I'll sure it up with the Auction boys because they DO have auctions on Saturdays(1 a month). I'm playing there tomorrow night, and I'll get their schedule and see what's open then.

Curt: Auction House IS the perfect venue. Where else can you play as loud as you want in an old bank in the center of an old town. Curt, I couldn't agree more, especially after looking at what else was out there locally. I played a place tonight, which was cool enough, but small, then angry neighbors came knocking because of the noise, but here's the rub: it was acoustic night!

Hey, fellows,
I'm good with Enero, and I'm preferring Sabados over Domingos. Just don't pick a snowy weekend, OK?

January '09 is fine with me! My birthday is January 9, so no better way to celebrate than to get some of my favorite guitars and play some great music with some good friends (and also you guys!

Maybe we'll call this the" Digital Transition Roundup", as it's the last month for Rabbit Ears to pickup analog signal from TV transmissions without a digital converter.
It's got that real space age flare to it, no?
Now if I can only get the sound to sync up to the vid from the LAST roundup!

I'll be there and will be looking out for phantom power.
Thanks for rescheduling this it's always a good time.
I think the sync thing is related to your video editing program and if it seems to get progressively worse it's dropping frames. If you're ever up in the Princeton area stop by and we'll plug it into a Mac and it should work. The other work around is to make each clip a new movie so there will be fewer dropped frames per segment.
