Sunday, June 29, 2008- There will be a Gretsch gathering in Shreveport, LA. This will be an informal event. No prizes involved. Just some folks getting together to do a little picking.

Donwood, Brent, St. John, and Otterbean have confirmed that they will attend. Anyone else interested in showing up can contact me via private message for more details. I'll post a list of those who confirm that they will attend in this thread.

I understand that there will be some food and beverages involved as well. Ya'll come on over if you feel like it.

crawfish season done for a month and a half....closed out early this year...I was going to do a boil for our office, but instead we'll do a fall fish fry.

Yep...short season this year! You can still get them here in Baton Rouge, but they're small.

If you're still in Montgomery, you'll have to cross half of Alabama, all of Mississippi, and MOST of north Louisiana... how does 500 miles one-way sound?
