If you happen to be in North Texas, Big Easy restaurant in Plano is owned by a NO transplant and they not only have a great olive salad, they make kick-ass French Quarter fare of all types, including mufalettas. I've gone to eat all over NO and you can do a lot worse there than at Big Easy in Plano!
