I 'fessed up on another thread, but they day after I tried that black Pro Jet, I went back and bought it.
Boy, Gretsch really got it right with that one. I don't know why ALL their Electromatics (that are hum bucker equipped) don't come with those mini hums. GREAT guitar and for the price, a steal.

Dub, you did two Pro Jet mods, right? a Dyna and a FilterTron mod? Did the Dynas 'drop right in'? It looks like they should, but I confess, I haven't measured yet...

Good job, Joe C.! Glad that you were able to get that on video and post it.
So, for those of you in other locales who are inspired to have a Roundup, you can see by the smiling faces in this video that these gatherings are really loads of fun.
Many, many thanks to Joe C. and everyone else at Gretsch (Fred G., Mike L., and all the rest) for allowing Joe C. to come over here to party with us. Having him present sure made it a ton of fun for all of us.

dubkitty said: the Peavey bass was amazingly good
That bass has to have been the heaviest bass guitar that I have ever picked up. I would be very curious to know how much that thing weighs. It had to have been close to 15 pounds. -

Let's hear it for Ric12string's fine vocal performance on our Norcal video.
NICE JOB, Ric!
