AndyJ takes a catalog for the full complement of Armstrong switchery: 2T, 2V, MV, 3-way.
"Kim" is actually the diminutive of her Christian name; "Falcon" is a nom-de-modele. That's the name whose derivation we seek.

I went back and edited my entry and added the master volume but fieldj beat me to the punch. MacSteven generously donated his 2010 price list to me. +1 to MacS.

OK, I'm getting confused. The authorities need to slow this down.
I SWEAR I didn't see anyone mention the master volume or the toggle before AndyJ – now when I look back to page 6, I see Bear has it all, and then fieldhdj.
You fellers wouldn't edit your posts, would you?
But since Bear already has a catalog coming, I'll leave the AndyJ stand – and send one to fieldhdj just to be fair.
Will that work?

Kim's other job is as a Falconer- she hunts small game and sells the meat to local fine restaurants.

And we have Kim winners: indeed, she had taken the name "Falcon" for her pinup modeling career from her '62 Ford before she became the Official Gretsch Spokesmodel.
The name was one of the things that caught the attention of Mike Lewis.
That's bolos for AndyJ, Hermitt, and thommac, who gets extra credit for the most complete answer. (Credit in the form of a Nocturne sticker.)

HahaAnd you're welcome Bear, I remember you mentioning it in the NAMM thread. I have a few prizes coming my way so I figured I'd spread the wealth.
