I like Unclegrumpy's answer. The map often provided as part of Cars fictional geography looks to me like the section of old 66 which runs off I-40 between "a ways" west of Flagstaff and Kingman, AZ. There are several (very) small towns thereon, and I'm for Peach Springs.
