I've missed out again, i don't have access to the interweb until i get home at 19.00pm,but i've had a laugh reading the last 27 pages!
Do ya think Gretsch would send me one of those 2010 price lists if i asked them nicely, cause i ain't going to win one?!
Congrats to all the winners so far.

Yeah, late home, too, JCH, but a fun read anyway. Hats off to Protey (to the tune of the Del Shannon song)!

Wow, a busy evening indeed at the Gretsch forum! When I tried to log in you were on page 44. Then my internet connection broke down. Back on track again, I will review these pages to see what I missed. And I'm not worried at all about the prizes (I was one of the lucky bolo winners the NAMM-weekend). This will just be bonus fun.

Just as well I was out for most of the evening — I couldn't have stood all that relentless excitement for so long. Thanks for your Herculean efforts, Proteus. When I've settled down I'm going to press F5 and see what happens.
Anyway, I won a bolo, had a go on Deke's utterly wonderful 50s 6120 (every home should have one — remortgage the house if you have to), and my football team won a stonking victory over their local rivals. All in all, quite a night. Time for some cocoa and a biscuit.

WTF? I checked over lunch and we were still on page 18!
Well to be fair: Our European friends didn't really get to participate in the frenzy last Saturday night.
And I did already win quite a bit-o-stuff. I just hope I have my bolo by the 13th . . .I gotta gig that night and I want to look fancy.

I don't get home from work until around 6:30pm pacific time.
Of course the only thing I need to add to my 'stash' is the Eddy Cochran book. But since I didn't even know who he was until this forum, I won't make any kinda stink about it.
Now I have no idea what the 'secret' giveaway prize is.... but the answer is FRED GRETSCH!
