so...i got my 5222, my new (giant) JJ tubes, and my alnico Weber speaker.
ready to tone, tone, TONE!!!
one problem.
There's NO WAY all of this will fit together!!!
tilting the chassis out as ted weber recommended wasnt even coming close, so i figured this out.
take out the baffle, and turn it sideways. Drill some new holes...mount again!!! Everything clears, and i can even take the 6V6 in and out.
sure, the grill cloth runs vertical now, but i'm gonna change it out anyway down the road.
just a heads up for anyone who want to run this tube speaker combo.
