Soldering tone switch

I'm planning to install a tone switch to replace my tone knob, but I can't make heads or tails of the terminals on the switch itself.

Could anyone make a drawing so that I can see where to solder the caps and what wires go where? It'll be put in a tone pot circuit, so it'll be between the master volume and jack. I saw this topic: but I still can't figure it out.

Thank you @Proteus, that's a big help. So if I were to wire this in, the wire from the volume and the one going to the jack use the same terminal?

I just got my tone switch, but the diagram has one more lug than the switch. It made reading the diagram Proteus linked a lot harder for me. I'm not that good with wires!

Is this correct? Red = do not use, bend away, black = ground, white = hot?
