Are you using the Harmonic not a fretted note?
Backwards, make the string length a little longer!

Yes, like mentioned here: Back. The string length between the 12th and the bridge needs to be a bit longer.

I always remember it because Flat and Forward begin with an F...if its flat go for- ward with the bridge, if sharp go back... Geoff

That's how I remember it: Fret - Flat - Forward:
i.e. if the fretted note is flat, move the saddle forward towards the neck. If it's sharp, do the opposite.
