BIGSBY B6 PIN REPLACEMENT

1

Hey everyone, I have bought a replacement pin and end plate for an old B6 that had sheared off at the hinge. I can get the old pin out, but wondered what tool I should use to round over the end of the new pin to prevent it falling out? The pin is hollowed out ready to be hammered over, but is there a specific tool for this?

Any help,gratefully received.

Cheers,

Alan.

When I did a hinge swap I carefully hammered the pin a little bit flat at the end and hammered it back in. I tried first carefully by hand and it was a nice snug fit

I did one recently and used a flaring tool. I did fuel and brake lines on my Buick and had to flare those lines. Worked good
