Voodoo.... you'll know you've found the "period correct" tailpiece, when it looks like this... (note the matte finish and the glossy strip across the bottom).

thanks ..yep thats the one..just gotta find one now..maybe someones taken one off and has one lying tucked away..to fit a bigsby on! have a look in them man draws!
