I work for a metal fabrication shop and I took the time to laser cut some polished stainless steel to make myself the correct pickguard bracket for my 6119 Tennessean. I have a handful of these already done. Here is a camera pick of the first one from both sides. I am thinking about selling these on Ebay or to members here for $25.00 shipped. What do you think??
Neither of these sides were polished yet. Fresh off our laser.

Here is one that has been mildly polished on the surface. If you are interested in one of these please send me a PM. I take paypal and I have about 10 of these made so far.

BTW, I checked with a local shop about having some made, cut with a water jet, and the price was not to bad...but still. 8-o

Great. Somehow I missed this post.
I could use one if my green Annie ever gets back from the neck reset.
It has a modern gold pick guard and I bought an old green one from JB without the bracket. -

Unless my perception of scale is really off, you can get a standard archtop pickguard bracket. I'm getting rid of one if you want it. If you want it to be chrome, i could rub the gold off with some Brasso. The only issue would be the screw holes not matching. Maybe just use only one of the holes? PM me if you want it for the cost of shipping.

Spiral, I've got both so I'll try to do some comparison photos. Thanks for the idea. I'd go as far chopping / modding the two holer. I think the angled bend is different and longer

For what its worth I still have 2-3 of these left if anyone is still interested. I will do $15.00 Shipped.

Hi WDP,
Are they exactly like the vintage ones were? I'm looking for one for my '59 Annie.
I live in Holland. What would it cost to get it there. Thanks! -
Rick Trotter
nope the Clipper Bridge Bracket is shorter and a different angle...
-
Setzer
Dan it should work fine for your '59.
Rick, your post is directed to Spiral I assume, and agree the new bracket is way off.
-
Danman
Thanks, Paul.
I'll PM WDP.

you emailed him? He got back to me right away...hope you can get ur hands on one..he did a fine job makin 'em...
-
Danman
Hi Rick,
Yes I sent him a PM and I posted here right when he was posting. He could have at least replied to some of my posts. My only guess would be that he doesn't want to send it to Europe but then it still would have been nice if he replied. Specially because I also stated that I have an address in the US he can send it to. -
Rick Trotter
danman,
