Up for sale or trade......1996 Fender 50th Anniversary Daphne Blue 50's Reissue (MIM). It gets virtually no play time from me anymore Fender US vintage white plastic (except the pickguard). I took the boat anchor Mexican tremolo off and put a light weight one that I had laying in the parts bin on (Will include both bridges). Very nice patina on the maple board. An absolute feather weight. Some small dings, But nothing through the finish. It is pretty bright sounding, Pickups are stock as far as I know. Comes with a non Fender hardshell case.

Damn it. I always want to call it a 40th Anv. It is a 50th Anniversary. See, That's why I need to get rid of it......It's driving me crazy.

Nice Strat, I have a new found respect for the MIM's no matter what anyone says.. but. that being said.. I have too many Fenders already.... hope you get it sold Bud...

Thanks. I have had quite a few Fenders over the years, And I really don't know why the MIM's are so frowned upon. Honestly, I do not see that big of a difference between the MIM and MIA Fenders.....Other than the price tag. I still have this one, a 70's RI Strat and a Tele. I think I will always have at least one Strat.
