There's a black one on the bay right now for 5 grand The seller does looks like he will accept offers though. There's also a green one priced at half that.

I've been known to be picky about the colors of my guitars but damn, double the price is seems a little too steep. I wonder how much harder the black ones actually are to come by? I usually only see the green.

Thanks Kirk - I have had my eye on the one on eBay for some time now. I feel like the seller doesn't know what he has and has really over priced it. He isn't very helpful at all when trying to figure what he is asking or wanting. But that's his right as the seller I suppose. Just really frustrating. That is the exact one I'm looking for though.

Does anyone remember what these guitars cost new? I was thinking like $1500 - $1800 ish?

Just an FYI I offered well more than that to the one on eBay with no luck, or any idea how "far off" I was.

I bought mine used, about ten years ago! Red with Bigsby tailpiece! Probably one I won't part with!

No I didn't pay two and a arf farsand parnds for it neither! $1500 straight from the States!

That's about what I paid for my wonderful black one, too (in the States).
