Actually - I have a pair of shoes remarkably similar to the ones you're lusting after Calacas - unfortunately they don't get worn very much as they're just a tad TOO striking.

Rickenbackers are fine too, but NO Fender and NO Gibson (just kidding)! Almost finished inside, and still haven't thrown a housewarming party so you're all on!!

P.S. Guitar and clothing optional, but maybe wear a tie okay, my neighbors have suffered plenty already.

Rex, yes, I'm in Washington State and 60 miles north of Seattle. Bellingham is on the other side of those hills to the north. This was Olympic Marsh before my (Norse) great grandparents and their kind diked the bay just a few miles to the west. I'll post a better pic for you and Shuie..I am lucky, ten acres, Mt. Baker to the east and the San Juan islands to the west. Nice place for a Gretsch gig, all are invited if you are passing through...

Billy, yeah man, thats the stylin' way to go for cuffs. I noticed them in your earlier pics and it reminded me that I have a pair...but no shirts yet. Will work on that!

Here's a pair of vintage cuff links that were given to me. Not sure exactly how old they are, but I like 'em: Pirates, those are some dandies you have too!

Niiiice! Beautiful deep blue stone, brass and what looks like enamel maybe, don't make them like this any more. The style, the materials, magnifique! Mine are linked by a small chain and do not separate, is this unusual?

Slade still play around England, but their tailor committed suicide. I suppose we all need to remember that 'ludes were 35 cents a piece at the time.
