About the Gretsch Pages

Picture posting difficulty

1
  1. Never had an issue in the past 16 years or so.
  2. Files end in JPG.
  3. Have resized them in several sizes from thumbnail size to very large pix files and many in between.
  4. Files just won't upload.
  5. Any ideas?

No problem here, Greg. Did you add a bit of text to the post? That is one necessary thing that is sometimes overlooked.

I always use a hosting website, at the moment imgur(dot)com. Upload the photos there and then post the html link here. I also make sure that my photo's aren't too big or heavy to load. Usually I size my photos to 1000px by 750px at a resolution of 72dpi. That makes a file size of about 1.5 Mb.

Yes. I was trying to add a pic to the written description of the ES 275.

Thank you, but I’ve never had to use a hosting website.
