- Had to do this for an acoustic recording assignment at college. Using a 002 and pro tools, I can't remember what mics we used. Anywa the song is written and performed by Mark McEwen, and he performs it with his band NiX. Oh yeh and it's played partly on my girlfriend's hofner, partly on some crappy nylon, and then the nylon shifted down an octave in audiosuite (I know we cheated) for the bass.
